Terms of Service (TOS)

- Up front, 50% of the initial agreed upon price for a detailed final sketch + base colors (changes at this point are FREE)
- Images sent to the commissioner prior to full payment will include a watermark (removed once full payment is given)
- Once final alterations are made and sketch is approved, FULL payment must be given before I can start on completing the final model render (significant changes cannot be made past this point without a $50 fee and must be paid upfront before changes are made)
- I will e-mail the final .PSD file to you once completed and provide progress shots on request (requests once per week maximum)
- If you require me to communicate with a rigger about making corrections, please inform me and tell them to contact me
- As a reminder: Live2D commissions DO NOT include Live2D rigging
- Payments are accepted through PayPal or Ko-Fi only
- Refunds are NOT accepted once I begin working on the commission
- Refunds will ONLY be distributed if I fail to deliver the product on my end
- If you request a character design from me but decide to cancel your commission at any point, I retain ownership over the design I created (negotiable in special circumstances)
- I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason
- Please allow at least 5 months for full commission completion (dependent on communication speeds, my personal availability, and the character information provided to me)
- Any rush orders result in doubling the total price of the model and significant changes will not be accepted.
- The more complex your commission, the longer it will take, so please be patient!
- Under NO circumstance is it acceptable/permitted to use any commissioned work in any block-chain or AI related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or future inventions in the space. If you have seen any of my work used in this capacity, please inform me IMMEDIATELY.
