Commission Terms of Service

Character Designs

Usage Policy:
- I retain intellectual property rights to all my artworks and can use them as examples in my portfolio or post them on social media.
- As long as the design is in use, please properly credit me via a link to my Twitter.
- Please do not resell the design without prior approval from me. The price of the resell cannot exceed the price it was originally sold at.
- Under no circumstances is it permitted to use my work in AI, NFTs, any other block-chain related technology.Payment:
- All prices are displayed in USD.
- Payment must be made upfront before possession of the final design is transferred.
- No refunds. Any attempts to bypass this is considered a violation of TOS and the possession of the design will return to me to be resold.
- Commercial use includes +100% of the total price.
- NDAs include +50% of the total price.
- Payment plans are only available for commissions >500 USD and cannot exceed 6 months.For Premade Designs:
- I'd be happy to make any minor changes to the design for free! (i.e. skintone)
- More complicated adjustments may require a small fee of ~10-20 USD depending on the complexity. (i.e. adding/removing some details)
- Please make sure payment is successfully transferred within 24 hours of accepting the offer or your hold on the design will expire and it will go back on sale.Personal Use: Character design for a personal OC or DnD character.
Commercial Use: Streaming, VTubing, Merchandise, Games, Comics, etc.— ◇ —Upon successful payment you will receive a full resolution .PNG file of the design without watermark. Enjoy!*By purchasing a design you are agreeing to the Terms of Service. Any attempts to bypass the policies of this agreement will be considered a waive of all rights to the purchased work and possession of the design will be returned to me.

Custom Character Design

- Base Price – 250 USD
+ Mascot – 150 USD
+ Accessories (i.e. weapon, book, staff, etc.) – 100 USD
+ Expressions – 30 USD+ Back View – 200% Total Price*Fullbody only
*Prices may increase based on complexity
